Allan Haiges has been the Main Line’s favorite drum teacher for years – and for good reason. He has helped hundreds of students, of all ages and skill levels, to reach their potential and enjoy the process along the way.

His easy manner and infectious enthusiasm make his lessons a hit with kids and adults alike. You’ll find that it’s easy to learn when you’re having fun, especially when your instructor has the credentials of “Mr. H”.  Allan brings years of professional training and experience with a BA in Performance, an MA in Music Education, and an MA in Percussion Theory. His talents are in demand with both local students and corporate clients. He’s done commercial work for Coca-Cola, Proctor and Gamble, Uggs, and Macy’s, and has played in soundtracks for a dozen different films.

Allan makes it a priority to closely follow the music curriculum in all the local schools. He knows what each music program and school band requires, from skills to stick position, and makes sure that his students have everything they need to excel. He is often invited by school music teachers to perform workshops for kids to get hands-on education about percussion instruments.
