Mindfulness practice has allowed me to experience more joy and contentment and to let go of the struggle with my past. I don’t overlook everyday moments of happiness as often and feel closer to a sense of personal peace.”
Harold’s groups, called MSAM™ (Mindful Stress and Anxiety Management) offer participants a way to reduce stress and anxiety in their lives. We are all so busy, always rushing, we often don’t notice what is going on right now.
Through training in mindfulness, MSAM™
,we can begin to learn to respond, rather than react to life’s stresses and demands. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to improve many aspects of our overall health, relationships and quality of life in general.
- MSAM™ Groups meet once weekly for 8 weeks
- Groups are kept small and opened to anyone 18 and over
- Each member receives an MSAM™ class guide and Mindful Meditation book that includes exercises and guided meditations.
- Next groups begin in January in three locations: Bala Cynwyd, King of Prussia, and Center City.
