The Penn Wynne Civic Association (in collaboration with the Community Arts Center) invites you to attend the dedication celebration for the new mural on the end of the storefronts on Manoa Road (1404 Manoa) facing Haverford Ave. Free food will be provided by Boston Style Pizza / Mediterranean Catering.There will be remarks by artist Paul Downie and Civic Association President Shelby Sparrow.
