Surrey welcomes John (Jack) Dobbyn, a local author who has written five legal/mystery thrillers to Surrey Devon on Thursday, February 16, at 6 pm. The evening begins with light fare and wine, and his presentation will start at 7 pm. (Snow date is Thursday, February 23.)  Fatal Odds, his newest book, will be available for purchase and signing.  An earlier book, Neon Dragon, is in development to become a major motion picture.  “John Dobbyn’s thriller, Fatal Odds, does everything right: a nail-biting plot to keep you turning pages, characters that shine brighter with every twist and turn.” said James Rollins, a New York Times Best Selling Author. Jack got his start writing fiction 15 years ago when he wrote a short story in a creative writing class at Main Line School Night.  A native of Boston, he received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
