The Roxborough Development Corporation, in conjuction with ADVENT, is proud to announce a new festival coming to Ridge Avenue this spring, Art is Life!
Art is Life is Roxborough’s own brand of arts festival with local musicians, artists, food trucks, and kids activities. The festival will encompass many forms of art highlighted through three main performance stages with focuses on culinary, visual arts, and music.
We’re also excited to be including MergeArts and their multi-genre artists in the event! In conjunction with Art is Life, the Roxborough Development Corporation will host a Student Art Show at the RoxArt Gallery located at 6111 Ridge Avenue.
The show will open Monday, May 11th and run through Monday, June 8th, with a reception during Art is Life on May 30th. So join us for this exciting event on May 30th and celebrate the life that spring brings with Art is Life!

Axelrod Memorial Blood Drive in Radnor Township will take place on Tuesday, May 9 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Radnor Township Municipal Building, 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne. This special blood drive aims to help patients and their families by ensuring that blood products are always available for those who need them.

For every unit of blood collected, Carol’s family will make donations to Radnor Fire Company and Radnor Memorial Library; if the blood drive collection surpasses last year’s total of 138 units, these donations will be doubled.
