Join the Ardmore Initiative and the businesses of Cricket Avenue on Saturday, June 24th for this unique, interactive event that allows children of all ages to experience a real, major construction site up close and personal! The BIG DIG will highlight equipment and construction methods used during the “dig” phase of the One Ardmore Place construction project and provide fun “stations” for kids to get their hands dirty! Scheduled events include: Touch-a-Truck and equipment demonstrations, Diggin’ Dirt Sensory Stations where little’s will have an opportunity to dig their own holes, and a Build-A-Building construction craft area where kids of all ages can test their construction skills.

The BIG DIG will take place from 9am-Noon.  Check-in for the event is at pucciManuli, 35 Cricket Avenue.  Rain date: June 25^th.   *Closed toe shoes required*

Join us for an evening of community security training led by Jason Friedman, Executive Director of Community Security Services.

Community Security Services is a NYC-based nonprofit. Founded in 2007, CSS partners with Jewish organizations, governmental authorities and the police, and safeguards the community by training volunteers in professional security techniques, providing physical security and raising public awareness about safety issues.
